Business Challenge
• The firm’s employee transportation system was run through an in-house app. Employees would use this app to book cabs that were parked in the basement. Due to mobile network issues in the basement, employees couldn’t contact the concerned driver. This would result in delays and loss of time for both, the employee and the cab driver • The firm tried to use different mobile service providers to book cabs, but this mode failed and resulted in operational inefficiency
Our Solution
• We deployed our Managed WiFi solution across 9 of their offices in Bangalore. This was shortly replicated across other Indian offices too • We deployed 30 access points across 9 locations in the basement areas alone • Integrated Internet Leased Lines (ILL) of 10 MB each, were deployed across all locations • One SSID was configured across all these access points so that employees could move from one office to another and still connect to the WiFi seamlessly

• Our solution increased the efficiency of the firm’s Employee Transportation Management • We enabled digitisation of their transport services, leading to increased employee satisfaction
